Party at Ponce is a kickoff for Ponce City Market and celebration of Green Street Properties 10th

Anniversary, benefiting the Atlanta Beltline Partnership and Georgia Organics.

This once-in-a-lifetime party will include musical performances by The Indigo Girls, Shawn Mullins and Francine Reed.

The finest chefs in Atlanta are preparing food for you to sample. The line-up currently includes:

As if that wasn’t enough, some of your favorite food trucks will also be on hand to be sure that all of your food cravings are satisfied.

Tours of the old Sears building will be provided during the party on a first-come first-serve basis.

The entrance to the party is on North Avenue.

Shawn Mullins - 8:45PM

Indigo Girls - 9:50PM

PARKING:

Parking for October 1 event is available at no charge with proof of Party at Ponce ticket purchase in the Ponce City Market deck. The deck will only be open on the North Ave. entrance.

There will also be a bike valet available at North Avenue entrance.

North Avenue entrances will open at 6:30pm. Masquerade surface lot is open for overflow and a $5 fee.

ATTIRE:

Festival Chic (comfortable shoes, trendy jeans, etc.)

FOOD & DRINK

Atlanta’s chefs and food trucks are serving bites starting at 7pm. There will also be a cash bar featuring local and regional spirits and brews!

TOUR INFORMATION:

Tours are included in the Party at Ponce ticket and will take place during the party, from 7:30pm to 10pm. Each tour will last approximately 15 minutes and will give attendees a brief look into this beautiful historic building.

No flash photography will be allowed.

This event is both inside and outside. It will be a rain or shine event. Seating is limited, so feel free to bring camp chairs.
